ZT BOX Terms of Use

1. The service

ZT BOX is a publicly available inventory, storage, box, and packing management service provided by ZXT Labs. These Terms are publicly available and do not require an account to read. Individuals and businesses can create their own account and workspace. Business workspace owners may invite authorized employees; employees cannot publicly create an employee account on behalf of another workspace.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Your email address and password are the primary credentials for your ZT BOX account; passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Verification codes may be used for account recovery, email verification, or sensitive actions when those capabilities are enabled. Do not share passwords or verification codes.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in item, product, inventory, box, image, and other content you submit. You grant ZXT Labs permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support ZT BOX. You must have the right to submit the content you add.

4. Subscriptions and App Store purchases

Some ZT BOX features may require an annual subscription. Purchases, renewals, billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods made through Apple's App Store are governed by Apple's applicable terms. You can restore an eligible purchase inside the app and manage or cancel an App Store subscription from your Apple account settings.

5. Acceptable use

You may not access another user's workspace without authorization, interfere with the service, bypass access or subscription controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits, or use ZT BOX in violation of applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep ZT BOX reliable, but continuous or error-free service is not guaranteed. We may make changes needed for security, legal compliance, compatibility, or service operation. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.

7. Account deletion and termination

Account owners can request account deletion by contacting ZXT Labs through the ZT BOX Support page or the contact email below. Deleting a ZT BOX account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. We may suspend access when necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

ZT BOX is a record-keeping and workflow tool. You remain responsible for physical inventory controls, backups you require, workplace safety, and decisions based on your records. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
